A full renovation of a house that had been repossessed in the Rowley Regis area of the Black Country. The entire property had to be replastered and the bathroom and kitchen removed and replaced with new. The bathroom was moved from downstairs to one of the upstairs bedrooms, and the kitchen was moved to where the second dining room once occupied. The outhouses were substantial which allowed a large granny flat to be constructed to the rear with its own bathroom in what used to be the kitchen and downstairs outhouses. To the rear a car port was added to provide off-road parking.
