A full renovation of a house that had been exchanged for a completed property in the Halesowen area of the West Midlands. The entire property had to be replastered and the bathroom and kitchen removed and replaced with new. The bathroom was moved from downstairs to one of the upstairs bedrooms, and the entire back of the house removed and rebuilt, replacing the outhouse pitched roof with a rubber roof with lantern. Bifold doors were added to the rear extension which led on to a decking area. A downstairs toilet was added. All windows had to be replaced and all plumbing and electrics renewed in their entirety.
