A full renovation of a house that had been through probate in the Halesowen area of the West Midlands. The entire property had to be replastered and the bathroom and kitchen removed and replaced with new. There was a bedroom to the rear that was accessed through another bedroom. We reversed the stairs and constructed a corridor providing a new access route and opening to access the third bedroom independently. The bathroom was moved from downstairs to one of the upstairs bedrooms, and the kitchen was moved to where the second dining room occupied. This allowed a downstairs bedroom/office to be constructed to the rear. A new driveway was added to create off road parking.
