A full renovation of a house that had been through probate in the Halesowen area of the West Midlands. The entire property had to be replastered and the bathroom and kitchen removed and replaced with new. The bathroom was moved from downstairs to one of the upstairs bedrooms, and the kitchen was moved to where the second dining room occupied. This allowed a granny flat to be constructed to the rear with its own bathroom in what used to be the outhouse. All windows had to be replaced and all plumbing and electrics renewed in their entirety.
