A full renovation of a property that was previously a solicitor’s office. With planning permission, the building was split into two separate houses with the large outhouses brought back from dereliction to create two home offices/studios, with power and lighting. Many of the features of the property were retained such as the stain glass door, original sash windows to the front elevation and the Victorian fireplaces. New utility feeds were installed for the second dwelling requiring road closures and trenching. Planning, Building Control, SAP’s and Acoustic testing were all obtained. The large garden was split into separate amenity areas with decking for entertaining. Bike and bin stores were erected in the communal area.
