A full renovation of a house that had been swapped for the previously completed renovated house in the Halesowen area of the West Midlands. The entire property had to be replastered. There was a downstairs bathroom that was replaced. The kitchen replaced. The property had an attic room with its own stairs that was accessed through one of the existing bedrooms so a corridor was constructed with fireboard, allowing access to the attic room without accessing an existing bedroom. French doors and Guiette balcony was added to one of the bedrooms. The garden shed was removed and turned into an off-road parking space.
