Works included the formation of a new central party wall division on each floor, along with internal partitioning to create individual units. The building was fully serviced with new utility connections brought to site.<\/div>\n<div class=\"v1elementToProof\">Each apartment was designed and constructed as a 60-minute fire-compartmented zone, incorporating a continuous fire blanket system within the attic space to achieve full compliance with Building Regulations.<\/div>\n<div class=\"v1elementToProof\">Comprehensive refurbishment works were undertaken, including the installation of new kitchens and bathrooms, a completely new plumbing and electrical system, and high-efficiency heating solutions.<\/div>\n<div class=\"v1elementToProof\">A total of 34 solar panels were installed on the south-facing roof to enhance energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions, exceeding the local planning requirements.<\/div>\n<div class=\"v1elementToProof\">Externally, three former parking bays were reconfigured to create a secure courtyard amenity space for residents.
