A full renovation of a house that had been through probate in the Cradley Heath area of the Black Country. The entire property had to be replastered and the bathroom and kitchen removed and replaced with new. An additional bathroom was added upstairs by dividing the large front bedroom to create a separate small family bathroom upstairs with a bath. The downstairs bathroom was removed and replaced. A all was removed from the existing galley kitchen to create an open plan kitchen dining room with an island. A new London Cobble print driveway was added to provide off-road parking.
