A full renovation of a house that had been through probate in the Cradley Heath area of the Black Country. The entire property had to be replastered and the bathroom and kitchen removed and replaced with new. There was an internal wall added and removed to open up the kitchen area from a galley kitchen to an open plan kitchen dining room. The entire property was decorated throughout, top to bottom and new floor finishes added. A new driveway was added the front to provide off road parking.
