The project involved the refurbishment of a three-storey office block to create an improved working environment for the staff and also to upgrade the building services, including electrical rewiring, new fire detection systems, new burglar alarms and a new super fast internet connection. The interior fabric of the building was decorated and new carpet tiles were installed throughout. A new kitchenette was installed in lieu of the existing kitchenette.

Externally, the vegetation was cut back and Cotswold stone bays installed which would allow additional parking in the courtyard.
